Who is responsible for your data

What data we collect
- Contact & enquiry data — your name, email, and WhatsApp/phone number when you fill a form, join the newsletter, or apply for a call.
- Application data — your answers in our qualification application (your stage, timeline, and the information you choose to share).
- Payment data — when you buy, your payment is processed by Stripe; we receive confirmation and your name/email, but we never see or store your full card details.
- Usage & device data — pages you visit, and activity measured by cookies and tracking pixels (see below), to understand and improve our marketing.
- Community data — if you join our community, the profile and activity data you provide there.
How and why we use it (legal bases)
- To deliver what you bought (courses, services, community) — on the basis of our contract with you.
- To send you the newsletter and relevant offers — on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link.
- To run and measure our advertising and improve the site — on the basis of your consent (for tracking cookies) and our legitimate interest in growing the business.
- To respond to your enquiries and provide support.
Cookies & tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, to measure our advertising and show relevant ads to people who have visited our site. We also use tools that set cookies for email sign-up and site functionality. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of personalised ads through your Facebook/Instagram ad settings.
Who we share your data with
We use trusted service providers (processors) who handle data on our behalf, only as needed to run the business:
- Stripe — payment processing
- MailerLite — email newsletter and signup forms
- Meta Platforms (Facebook/Instagram) — advertising and measurement
- Tally — our application form
- Google — document hosting (your free downloads), fonts, and site measurement
- Calendly — call booking
- Skool — our community platform
- Our web host — serving the website
We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
International transfers
Some of these providers are based outside your country (for example, in the United States). Where data is transferred internationally, it is done under the safeguards those providers maintain for lawful transfers.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as you are a subscriber, member, or customer, and as long afterwards as we need to for legal, accounting, or legitimate business reasons. You can ask us to delete it at any time (subject to legal retention rules).
Your rights
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to receive a copy of your data. To exercise any of these, email jobs@euromedjobs.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
Marketing & unsubscribe
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. Unsubscribing from marketing does not affect emails we must send you about a purchase.
