The agreement between you and Euro Med Jobs when you enrol in a programme or buy a service.

What we provide
Euro Med Jobs provides online education, coaching, document services, and community access to help international doctors become licensed to practise in Germany. Our programmes are guidance and training — we do not guarantee any exam result, licence, visa, or job, as those depend on the authorities and on your own work. We help you take every step correctly.
Refund & access policy
Digital courses & materials (German course, Self-Study, Accelerator — including all videos, textbooks, protocols, and downloads): these are digital products with immediate access and downloadable content. All sales are therefore final and non-refundable once access has been granted. By purchasing, you confirm that you want immediate access and that you waive your right of withdrawal once the content is made available to you.
Done-For-You service: non-refundable once onboarding or any work has begun on your behalf — including document translation, authority or hospital applications, or one-to-one sessions.
Payment plans (instalments): your access continues while your plan is up to date. If a payment fails or you stop paying, access is paused until the plan is resolved. Instalments already paid are non-refundable.
Translation & notarisation: non-refundable once your documents have been submitted for translation.
The White-Coat Guarantee
The White-Coat Guarantee is a performance guarantee, not a money-back guarantee. If you do your part — reach B2, complete the course, sit the FSP and KP on the schedule we set, attend your mentorship calls, and apply to the roles we recommend — and you are still not licensed and working as a doctor in Germany, Dr Ganz keeps coaching you, one-to-one, free, until you are. It is included with the Accelerator and Done-For-You on pay-in-full (and activates once an instalment plan is fully paid). It does not entitle you to a refund.
Payments & chargebacks
Prices are shown at checkout and charged through Stripe. Where a payment plan is offered, you authorise the scheduled instalments. If you believe there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us first so we can resolve it, before raising a dispute with your bank.
Your account & conduct
Access to courses and the community is for you alone and must not be shared, resold, or redistributed. Our materials are protected and may not be copied or republished. We may suspend access for breach of these terms.
